{"id":140,"date":"2008-12-12T08:00:27","date_gmt":"2008-12-12T15:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/inverseflux.com\/?p=140"},"modified":"2008-12-12T08:00:27","modified_gmt":"2008-12-12T15:00:27","slug":"wordpress-27","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/inverseflux.com\/blog\/2008\/12\/wordpress-27\/","title":{"rendered":"WordPress 2.7"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wordpress.org\/development\/2008\/12\/coltrane\/\" target=\"_blank\">WordPress 2.7<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Alrighty.\u00a0 Well, it does appear as if the new revision of WordPress has released.\u00a0 Might have been awhile ago, but I&#8217;ve been neglecting this site for awhile now.\u00a0 So, without further ado!<\/p>\n<p>Initial look and feel of the new Dashboard is pretty damn sexy.\u00a0 I mean, not as sexy as my girlfriend or some of the FHM or Maxim girls, but definitely intarweb sexy.\u00a0 I am already liking the feel of it.\u00a0 Layout is clean, dynamic and easy.<\/p>\n<p>As I&#8217;ve stated many times, these are pretty much key factors when looking at what I use that are a must have.\u00a0 Granted, I work in IT, but that doesn&#8217;t mean I want to use that knowledge when attempting to post simple text, images and video to the internet.\u00a0 This update makes that process cleaner and smoother.\u00a0 On mouse-over, approve\/unapprove comment selection right from the main page, awesome.\u00a0 Yes.\u00a0 Yes, I think this will do just fine.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the software has really become&#8230; what&#8217;s that descriptive word I&#8217;m looking for?\u00a0 Polished.\u00a0 Definitely more polished then other revisions.\u00a0 I did take a look at what was being asked of the users in a poll to see where this was all headed and I can happily say, without participating, well done!<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I&#8217;m off like a prom dress on prom night.<\/p>\n<p>Peace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WordPress 2.7 Alrighty.\u00a0 Well, it does appear as if the new revision of WordPress has released.\u00a0 Might have been awhile ago, but I&#8217;ve been neglecting this site for awhile now.\u00a0 So, without further ado!
